MYGLOW

MYGLOW was founded in Dubai in 2021 by instructor Renee Jing, who set out to build an inclusive, community-driven Pilates space under a Glow and Grow ethos. The studio's philosophy ties wellness to a balanced body and mind rather than aesthetics alone, and its programming ranges from group reformer classes to one-on-one private training. Renee brings a deep teaching background, and the wider instructor team is presented as certified and attentive to modifying moves for different ability levels.
