The training approach stays close to classical Pilates fundamentals: strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, posture and body awareness, while adding weighted props and dynamic sequencing to raise the intensity for more advanced members. Its class menu spans a foundational Core Reformer format, an intensified Core Plus option and a faster-paced Dynamic Reformer class, so members can move between skill levels within one studio.
